U3A is designed for retired and semi-retired people who wish to make new friends, have fun and learn something new.  There are Monthly Talks, Outings and Interest Groups which meet in small numbers at regular intervals.  To join any of them, to receive booking forms and further information please contact the links below.

Presently a Professor of Clinical Psychology and Head of the School of Psychology, Politics and Sociology at Canterbury Christ Church University, Jan recently took part in projects related to the re-inclusion of athletes with intellectual disabilities in the Paralympics
