Learn about local history

Horsmonden Historical SocietyThe Horsmonden Historical Society exists to provide a regular meeting point for members of the Horsmonden community who have an interest in local and a wider history.

The Society normally meets at Horsmonden Methodist Church on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7.45pm for 8pm. There is usually a three-month break over summer, and a one-month break at Christmas.

Attendance at meetings is entirely voluntary, and members may bring one or more guests if they so wish; a small charge will be made for each guest. Coffee, tea and biscuits are offered after the meeting at a notional cost of 20p, although additional donations are always welcome!
